* High season is considered: The months of July and August, Holy Week, all bank holidays and public holidays.

· Use of all services, entertainment and amenities.

· Use of the outdoor space, porch, garden, parking.

· Use of the fireplace and barbecue.

· Bed linen and towels.

· Cot (on request)

· Light and water.

· Heating in winter.

· Cleaning upon departure

· Admission of pets.

Making a reservation implies agreeing and accepting the internal regulations of the house.

· Firewood (€15/day).

· Tourist tax of €0.99 per person and night to be paid at check-in.
